My younger brother and I really are like chalk and cheese; I'm a reserved kind of person who keeps to himself most of the time. He is the crazy outgoing kind of guy who is the life of the party anywhere he goes, and attracts all the attention.
But the paradigm shifts...
I gave up on my long term relationship, where he has now committed to one. Three weeks from today, he will be a married man.
But when a crazy vivacious kind of dude commits to the vows of holy matrimony, you can guarantee one thing; the Stag night (I.e his last night of bachelorhood) will be an eventful one.
It is common place in this day and age to give the groom to be a list of things he needs to complete on his last night of freedom. The list we came up with for that night was, if anything, crazy. Incredibly, the most unlikely task was completed rather early on in the day, when he asked a prostitute to sign her name on his backside. Amazingly, this was achieved at 2:30pm...
Then there was the streaking... much to the delight of a group of older ladies.
Within that group of older ladies, there was one woman who absolutely captivated me. She was 44 (remember, I'm 26!), and interestingly enough, absolutely gorgeous, and we had some chemistry happening. As you'd expect, this came with a bit of ribbing from the rest of the stag party, and later on that night, It left me wondering. I repeatedly exclaimed "What was I thinking, a cougar?" I didn't manage to get a phone number, nor did I go home with her.
But when I woke this morning, I was left with broader horizons. As a single man on the market, I had set my targets on dating girls my own age. But now my horizons have been broadened somewhat.
Will I go "cougar" hunting in future? Probably
(By the way, Kate, if you somehow end up reading this, leave a comment, and we can stay in touch :) )
